I’ve been saying that I’m going to start running for months! Finally on Sunday I woke up unnaturally early (I’ve been so busy by body now thinks it’s acceptable to be awake at 6am) and went for my first run in nearly a year. It wasn’t as tough as I thought it was going to be and there was no one around (due to the unsociable hour) so I didn’t feel silly (like I thought I would). I ran again on Monday and already I’m noticing an improvement in my stamina and breathing. I’m becoming quickly addicted! Off for another one tonight :)
